    I want to share my profound and heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional care, compassion, and dedication shown to my mom. The support we received went far beyond professional responsibility — it was delivered with warmth, dignity, and genuine kindness to both my mother and our entire family. From our initial consultation in December 2024 through my mom’s passing, Clinical Nurse Manager, Lisa, demonstrated a deep understanding of my mom’s unique needs and personality. She thoughtfully coordinated her care plan, proactively advocated on her behalf, helped facilitate memory care and Medicaid placement, and provided steady guidance every step of the way. During some of the most difficult moments, she also offered me personal comfort and reassurance that meant more than I can express. Lisa’s commitment made an extraordinary difference in our lives. The care she gave to my mom — and the support she gave to our family — will never be forgotten. Her efforts mattered profoundly to all of us who loved her.

    Unfortunately, many people may not realize how invaluable a service it is to have a dedicated case nurse manager working on their side. I have utilized Advanced Senior Solutions services for years. Nurse Lisa has been aces! My stepmother truly loved her. My stepmom lived in a facility an hour and a half drive from my home and at first Lisa would visit her, check up on her, supervise her meds and her care, take her to (and sit in on) doctors appointments, and send detailed reports to me once monthly. When my stepmother became more sick, I increased the visits to weekly, or as needed. It is a tremendous BLESSING to have this service that oversees the totality of your loved one’s care. It provides extreme peace of mind.

    Dear Lory, Thank you for creating a team of caregivers that provided Doug’s step-dad, Gregg Wilson, with the emotional and tender care he deserved during the last year and end of his life. Gregg suffered from dementia and this made caring for him complicated, sometimes requiring starting from scratch to connect with him. Over and over, Stacy showed her kind and loving nature with Gregg, demonstrating patience and tenderness toward him. In addition, she paid detailed attention to Gregg and tailored her activities to his likes and dislikes, bringing him happiness during very difficult times. As he neared the end of his life and become non-verbal, she was aware of Gregg’s physical condition and facial expressions, knowing what was needed to make him more comfortable and providing recommendations that improved his situation. Stacy’s care of Gregg was outstanding in every way. We also want to commend, Rita, who provided companion services for Gregg. Her background of working with autistic children was a wonderful fit with knowing ways to connect with Gregg due to his dementia and non-verbal condition with warm-heartedness and gentleness . With my parents also in failing health, but residing on the opposite side of the country, it was a blessing to know we could leave to help them as needed and know that Gregg was safe and in good hands.
